Terms of Service & API Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a merchant on Fraud.bd and utilizing our API or WooCommerce plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Fraud.bd operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing risk analysis tools.

2. API Usage & Rate Limits

Your access to the Fraud.bd database is strictly governed by your active subscription plan. Exceeding daily API scan limits will result in temporary suspension of requests (HTTP 429 Too Many Requests) until the next billing cycle day. Fair usage applies to all "Unlimited" enterprise tiers.

3. Accuracy of Data

Fraud.bd aggregates data from multiple courier APIs (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, etc.) and our merchant network. While our algorithm boasts a 98% accuracy rate, the Trust Score is an indicator of probability, not an absolute guarantee. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to process or cancel an order.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain a 99.99% uptime for our core API endpoints. In the event of scheduled maintenance, merchants will be notified 48 hours in advance via the dashboard.
