Refund & Cancellation Policy - Fraud.bd

1. Digital Service and API Usage

Fraud.bd operates as a digital Software as a Service (SaaS) and provides real-time API access to our proprietary trust and logistics database. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of API data retrieval, all subscription payments, package upgrades, and API credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once the service has been activated or accessed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Merchants hold full control over their accounts. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Merchant Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your API access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., the remaining days of your 30-day package). We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods or unused API calls.

3. Exceptions and Technical Failures

We stand behind the reliability of our technical infrastructure. Refunds or equivalent account API credits may only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

• SLA Breach: If our core API experiences significant, documented downtime that severely impacts your ability to verify orders for an extended period, violating our 99.99% uptime guarantee.
• Billing Errors: In the rare event of an accidental double charge, payment gateway glitch, or system billing error on our end.

To request a refund or credit under these exceptions, you must contact our billing support team (via the Contact Us page) within 7 days of the incident, providing your Transaction ID and Merchant details.

4. Account Suspension & Policy Violations

Fraud.bd maintains strict security protocols to protect the integrity of the crowdsourced matrix. If a merchant account is suspended, banned, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Fair Use Policy, or Data Processing Rules (e.g., API scraping, reverse engineering, or intentionally feeding malicious/fake data to the system), absolutely no refunds will be provided for any remaining balance, active subscription days, or VIP access.
